Manage onboarding calls with new customers Build and maintain strong customer relationships Perform quality checks on our products Handle first-level support requests Manage demo calls with potential customers Identify and reach out to potential customers Professional proficiency in German Professional proficiency in Italian Professional proficiency in English Experience in customer success,
