About the role Contribute to the operational management of loyalty programs of each different brand Deliver CRM activities in order to encourage customer retention and loyalty Develop multi-channel communications including personalized newsletter, SMS and push messages in partnership with the marketing team Monitor CRM and loyalty KPIS Managing customer database quality, integrity and enrichment Partner with the store operations and digital teams to optimize CRM actions Training for store teams of the CRM projects CRM initiatives and loyalty program of Stefanel and other brands of OVS Group collaborating with the other CRM team members.
What We're Looking For University background in Economics, Marketing,
