The Recruitment process is managed by Key2People, a partner of Tecnimont.

The Civil & Structural Underground Specialist will be part of the project team and will be responsible for the execution of underground (UG) activities of the project.

The main activities and responsibilities include:

- Ensuring the quality of the deliverables and their compliance with contractual requirements, following up on Client comments and requests, technical clarifications, and project concession requests;
- Carrying out the design of all underground systems (i.e., sewers, pressure piping, duct bank, trenches, conduits, stub-ups, ditches, pits, etc.), paved areas, roads, yards, and earthworks related to the assigned projects, in coordination with the other disciplines;
- Preparing General Specifications for Underground Systems, including the analysis of all plant systems, hydraulic design criteria, and the installation and testing requirements of the relevant components;




- Performing hydraulic calculations for gravity drainage systems;
- Preparing General Specifications for Paving and Roads;
- Managing underground systems based on data received from other disciplines (Layout & Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation, Utilities/Power Process, Design HSE, Mechanical, HVAC, etc.), ensuring consistency and coordination among all inputs.

Personal Attributes:

- Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Hydraulic Engineering;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in underground systems engineering, preferably within plant engineering companies operating in the petrochemical, oil & gas, or power sectors;
- Proficiency in BIM software for 3D modelling and design development;
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for the preparation and modification of 2D drawings and in Autodesk Navisworks for clash detection and model review activities;
- Experience in coordinating international engineering centres and site engineering teams;
- Experience in coordinating site-related engineering and construction activities;
- Fluent in both spoken and written English; knowledge of Italian would be considered an advantage;
- Availability to travel for both short- and long-term assignments;

- Compensation:The initial gross annual salary for this position, paid over 14 monthly installments, will be 48,00.00€

- The compensation package will include the applicable elements of the Collective Agreement as well as benefits provided under company agreements, including flexible benefits and a participation premio. Any additional variable components and/or benefits, regulated by Standards, Policies and/or company agreements, will be illustrated during the selection process.
