The Coordinating Nurse provides expert medical guidance and coordinates care for individuals experiencing health issues while traveling, ensuring safe, cost-effective solutions in line with duty of care standards.
Location: Milan
Working hours: staggered shifts from Monday to Sunday
Training: Full training provided

We need an experienced nurse like you to deliver expert medical assistance when it matters most.
What You’ll Do:
- Managemedicalcasesfortravellersabroad –assesscalls,gatherclinicaldetails,andprovideclear,professionaladvice.
- Coordinatecareandtransport –workwithglobalteamstoarrangetreatmentorothersupportasneeded.
- Guidepatientsandclients –ensuresafe,cost-effectivedecisionsalignedwithpolicyanddutyofcare.
- Collaborateglobally –liaise with our Assistance Centres, treating physicians, and claims teams for seamless case progression.
About You:
- RegisteredNursewith acute,emergencyorintensivecareexperience
- Strongclinicaljudgmentandcommunicationskills
- Ability to adapt to new systems and keep up to date withy new technology
- Abilitytoworkinafast-paced,internationalenvironment
- Previousmedicalassistanceortravelhealthexperienceisdesirable
- Excellent written and spoken Italian, French and English required.
Additional Information: Some business travel may be required
