Content Creator/Writer + Executive Assistant- (Tempo pieno-salary position) Based in Rome, Italy- International Editor at Large (Ms. Nicole C. Brown) is seeking a highly organized, bilingual Executive Assistant who is equally passionate about content creation, writing, social media, and international business.
This is a unique opportunity to work alongside an international strategist whose work spans luxury, fashion, entertainment, media, hospitality, and global partnerships. The successful candidate will work directly with the International Editor at Large on a daily basis and will occasionally travel with her throughout Italy and internationally for meetings, fashion weeks, industry events, and special projects. Applicants MUST be based in Rome, Italy.
This is an in-person position, with the EU office located in the historic center of Rome. This is NOT a remote position.
Responsibilities Executive & Personal Assistance Manage Nicole's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel logistics. Organize schedules, documents, presentations, and correspondence. Assist with research, project coordination, and administrative tasks. Liaise professionally with international clients, partners, and executives. Anticipate needs and help keep multiple projects moving efficiently.
Content Creation
Capture high-quality photo and video content using an iPhone and/or camera. Film behind-the-scenes content, interviews, events, and travel. Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
Help document meetings, fashion weeks, and international events. Writing & Editorial Write compelling social media captions, articles, newsletters, and blog posts.
Assist with sponsorship proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
Proofread and edit content in both English and Italian. Maintain a polished and consistent editorial voice across all platforms.
Social Media
Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms. Monitor engagement and suggest creative content ideas. Stay current with digital trends and platform updates.
Mandatory
Requirements (Applications that do not meet ALL of the following requirements will NOT be considered.) Must currently be based in Rome, Italy. Must be fluent in both English and Italian (spoken and written). Must possess exceptional English writing skills.
Must have experience creating content for social media, including photography, videography, and short-form video editing. Must be highly organized, proactive, professional, and well-mannered. Must be willing and able to travel within Italy and internationally when required.
