Junior Engineer

Mission:

Support the production and quality teams in the day-to-day activities related to caisson production, providing basic technical and administrative support under the supervision of the site engineers.

Main Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain dockets, delivery notes and production records related to concrete production.
- Support the coordination and monitoring of caisson production activities during shifts.
- Assist engineers with basic technical and production-related tasks.
- Support quality control activities during caisson production.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records and documentation.
- Coordinate with production, quality and site teams as required.
- Report any production or quality issues to the responsible engineer.





Required Skills and Competencies

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in construction, site production or contract administration.
- Experience in civil, infrastructure or marine construction would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of construction contracts, subcontractor management and technical documentation.
- Good organisational, analytical and communication skills.
- Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
