Role Description The Communication & Social Media Assistant is a full-time role based in Milan with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration and some work from home. In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening MAM's brand presence and supporting our communication strategy across multiple channels. You will contribute to 5 key areas:

1. Advertising & Communication campaigns

· S upport the planning and execution of the yearly digital media and paid social campaigns.

· Help prepare campaign briefs, collect and organize assets and coordinate operational follow-ups.

· Support the adaptation of copy and creative materials across different media formats and platforms.

· Collect key campaign results and contribute to performance reports and post-campaign analyses.

· Develop familiarity with digital KPIs, audience insights and campaign optimization principles .

2. Social media & content

· Support the development of editorial plans for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.





· Help adapt simple visual and video assets using Canva, CapCut or similar tools.

· Keep up to date with social media formats, platform developments and emerging conversations.

3. Digital PR, creators & events

· Support digital PR and influencer-seeding activities.

· Help prepare briefs, scoutings, presentations and communication materials for agencies and partners.

· Support the organization of consumer and trade events.

4. Other digital touchpoints

· Help adapt content and assets for the MAM Baby website, newsletters, Amazon and other e-retailers.

· Support the localization and revision of materials developed by the international HQ team.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that communication materials are consistent with brand guidelines.

5. Insights & reporting

· Support the preparation of regular reports and presentations.

· Competitor’s analysis, contribute to identifying relevant insights and key learnings from communication activities.

What we are looking for:

· Excellent written and spoken Italian and a good knowledge of English.

· Basic familiarity with the main social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.

· Strong interest in learning how media campaigns are planned, activated, monitored and measured.

· Curiosity about campaign performance, digital KPIs and audience insights.

· Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or similar content-creation tools is considered a plus.

· Attention to visual quality, detail and brand consistency.

· Curiosity about generative AI tools and their application to research, ideation and content development.

· Accuracy, reliability and good organizational skills.

· A collaborative and proactive attitude.

· A genuine willingness to learn, experiment, receive feedback and progressively take on new responsibilities.

· Previous professional experience across all the areas listed above is welcomed, but not required. We value potential, curiosity, analytical thinking and motivation to grow as much as existing technical skills.
