Purpose of the position: As Civil Works and Building Superintendent , you will be part of the Construction Department of Business Line Energy Carriers within the Bioraffineria project based in Livorno
How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities:
- Organise, coordinate and control the execution of the civil works, both performed by subcontractors or in direct hiring,
- ensuring the management of the interfaces with all construction disciplines and engineering departments,
- overseeing the availability of the construction manpower, materials and equipment and verifying that works are correctly carried out in accordance with project documentation and schedule
- Ensure full compliance with safety procedures, quality standards, corporate and project requirements through the implementation of company tools and methodologies.
What are we looking for? Education: Surveyor Diploma or / and Civil Engineering Degree Languages: English Knowledge Level B2
Technical/IT Skills:
Microsoft Office
What Can We Offer To You
- Fixed term Contract of 12 months – CCNL Energia e Petrolio
- For home office contract: Pay not lower than 43.000,00 €
- Location: Livorno, Italy
