The Gritti Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Venice, is recruiting a Chef de Rang. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will be part of a team of professionals with a passion for F&B.;

You will welcome guests, take orders, serve courses and beverages, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure impeccable service while maintaining brand standards. Fluency in English and Italian is required; knowledge of Micros is a plus.
