Business Transformation Senior Consultant – Gaming/Betting Support the definition of business strategies based on market analysis, benchmarking, and corporate objectives;
conduct process optimization analyses, including AI-driven solutions;
manage complex transformation projects, preparing progress reports and steering‑committee documentation;
design new business or process KPIs using performance data and customer insights;
identify improvement solutions in collaboration with client functions, aligning stakeholders;
carry out cost‑agevolazioni analyses for identified solutions and promote continuous improvement.Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in structured consulting environments on projects in the Gaming/Betting sector, with knowledge of player behavior dynamics and customer‑voice product analysis.
- Degree in Economics, Engineering or related fields.
- Analytical mindset, flexibility and teamwork spirit.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and spoken English (at least B2).

Salary range: 32,000€ – 45,000€ (based on objective, gender‑neutral criteria). Employment governed by the CCNL Commercio and the level of contractual classification will be aligned with the candidate’s experience and profile.
