We are currently seeking a PR & Communications Coordinator for our office in Milan, as part of the Southern Europe PR and Communications team.

How you will contribute:

- Work proactively with the collections team to secure product placements, with a particular focus on seasonal pushes.
- Support product placement and seeding campaigns and support the development of the market strategy.
- Develop decks and internal reports for various stakeholders, supporting strategic planning.
- Oversee credit, image requests and support the send-out of press releases and communications to press.
- Manage clippings and oversee internal reporting for the market.
- Research print and digital media outlets, staying on top of industry trends and movements to keep the brand relevant and on target within the market.
- Manage the regional contact database.
- Build and maintain relationships with target outlets through regular interaction, ensuring consistent coverage.
- Support talent dressing opportunities, including fittings, as well as coverage of successful placements.
- Support the wider global team as needed for shows and events.
- Coordinate sample requests for editorial placements, ensuring coverage across print, digital, and social media with all media partners and target outlets.

Who you are:

- Previous experience in a fashion PR agency or in-house press office.




- Passionate about communications and fashion, with a solid understanding of the industry.
- Strong team-working experience.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to thrive and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Launchmetrics and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks accurately.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with fashion shows would be considered a plus.
- Fluent in both Italian and English.
