Geotab is seeking a Customer Success Onboarding Specialist to drive onboarding for SMB customers in a 12-month contract. You will deliver product training, set success criteria, and guide customers through setup and initial use cases.

Fluent English and Italian are required, with strong communication and a customer‑centric mindset. You will collaborate with Support, Product, and Senior CSMs, track onboarding metrics, and document progress in CRM for ongoing improvements.
