TXT e-Tech, a company of the TXT Group, is looking for an Algorithm Engineer to join its Aerospace &
- Aviation division.
The selected candidate will be involved in engineering activities related to the development of advanced Command &
- Control (C2) systems, contributing to the analysis of system requirements and the design, modelling, and validation of complex algorithms. The role covers the entire development lifecycle, from algorithm definition through software integration and platform testing, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and test algorithms;
- Analyse system requirements and define Command &
- Control (C2) algorithms;
- Perform validation and performance assessment through simulation models;
- Analyse test results and support troubleshooting and issue resolution;
- Support the definition and analysis of requirements related to system algorithm chains;
- Support the integration of algorithms into the target software and perform platform testing activities;
- Prepare technical documentation and project review presentations.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink;
- Strong knowledge of Python;
- Good understanding of Systems Engineering processes and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Nice to Have
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.

- Permanent employment contract with a gross annual salary ranging from €37,000 to €42,000, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications;
