Encouraging young professionals The Company encourages young professionals to develop their understanding of our sectors by becoming Associates. This has a maximum duration of five years by which time it is hoped they will wish to join the Company as Freemen. Benefits Access to Company webinars as well as specific Associate activities such as talks with industry leaders and experts, social gatherings, and technical visits,

- Opportunity to receive advice by senior Company members to help broaden skills and knowledge and to support professional development,
- Connecting with other Associates and networking with individual and corporate members of the Company, the City of London and the wider Livery,
- Attendance at formal Company Lunches and dinners by personal invitation from members, and
- Possibility of claiming Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Credits for their participation in relevant Company activities.

Fee There is a joining fee of £20 which covers the first year until 30 June, and thereafter a fee of £20 per year, payable on 1st July. Questions Any questions regarding the above may be addressed to the Programme Coordinator.
