In this role you will lead a team of CRAs within Clinical Operations to ensure delivery aligns with strategic goals. You will oversee resource planning, upskilling, performance, and career development, shaping day-to-day strategy and cross-functional collaboration. You will monitor KPIs at the individual and team level and partner with HR to manage people plans. This position supports country delivery and impact at scale, contributing to IQVIA’s mission to advance patient outcomes.

- Lead day-to-day strategy and management of assigned CRAs, including project allocation and workload balancing
- Oversee performance assessment and individual development for team members
- Track and review KPIs at both individual and team levels to align with global standards and local targets
- Manage and approve RAL, vacation plans, promotions/progressions, and recognition programs with HR
- Collaborate with head of ClinOps, peers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure efficient country delivery
