We offer car seats, baby carriers, kids furniture and strollers enabling parents to keep their little ones safe in style. Create original and engaging social media content, acting as a brand ambassador, to be shared with selected retail partners for publication on their social channels. Develop and execute tailored editorial plans for a portfolio of key retail partners.
Support the internal graphic design team in the creation of marketing materials and POS assets. Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to align on campaigns, priorities, and activation plans. Act as a key point of contact between regional Marketing, Sales, and Product Marketing teams.
Plan and carry out effective retail visit cycles based on business priorities and growth opportunities; travel across Italian regions on a rotating schedule to ensure consistent coverage. Conduct in-store product training sessions, ensuring strong product knowledge and credibility.
Ensure excellence in POS implementation and merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines, including installation of POS materials and maintaining optimal in-store presentation.
Provide on-site support, address customer inquiries, and act as a trusted advisor on child safety solutions, ensuring accurate and responsible communication. Organize and actively participate in local events, brand activations, and trade fairs (both local and international), including occasional weekend work; Passion for marketing, digital marketing, sales, or a related field. Strong affinity for social media, including hands‑on experience with major platforms and a willingness to create original content.
Professional proficiency in Italian and English, both spoken and written. Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70% of working time), including regular overnight stays and working up to two Saturdays per month based on business needs. Valid driving license;
