with a basic understanding of food service and coordination Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is a plus and helpful for daily operations Flexible availability , including evenings, weekends, and busy periods like holidays or events Running an authentic Irish pub with character, warmth, and attention to detail Leading daily operations , including staff supervision and shift management Coordinating between front-of-house and kitchen to ensure smooth service Monitoring the quality of service , food, and drinks to consistently exceed guest expectations Supporting stock control , ordering, and opening/closing procedures Mid-Senior level Full-time Human Resources Hospitality #
