Finom, a European fintech startup, is seeking an AI Quality Analyst/Data Scientist to own the eval loop across AI products. You will work with AI engineers, Product, and domain experts to ensure robust offline and online evaluation, dashboards, and continuous improvements across Finom's AI tools.

You will build end‐to‐end analyses using Python/SQL, leverage Databricks/Claude Code, and help transform data into actionable product decisions in a fast‐paced EU environment.
