Our technology starts with you. We are looking for a motivated and passionate candidate for the position of Process Engineer in the Metal Deposition module of the FEM–AG300 organization. The role involves supporting the Engineering and Manufacturing teams, with a focus on managing and controlling micro- and nano-fabrication processes for metal thin-film deposition , including Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) , Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) and electroplating processes.

Ensure the robustness and manufacturability of the processes with recipe optimization,



process window and robustness tasks Sustain manufacturing process and equipment troubleshooting Monitor process performance and yield with SPC, defect analysis and FDC Startup new equipment and perform process qualification Troubleshoot excursions and drive root-cause analysis (8D) to restore process stability Your Skills & Experiences Master’s degree in material science, physics, chemistry, engineering or related fields Good ability to analyze complex data and use tools for statistical analysis Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken Motivation to work in a dynamic environment with different teams and external suppliers Basic understanding of semiconductor physics and microfabrication processes ST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
