International Accountingis GOSP Unit coordinating account payables and account receivables in the 8 branches of the GOSP Company, leading process automation projects and working in full alignment with Financial Closing, DQ & RR Unit and with the Department Head.

As anInternationalAccounting Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in the account payables of the new branch of Joint Venture launched by GOSP: GCT, Generali Core Tech.
In parallel, you will take the lead of account receivables centralized operations of whole GOSP, while supporting the development of international accounting best practices and guidelines.
Finally, you will work in close contact with the Unit Head on robotization and SAP migration projects with high visibility.
Key responsibilities:
Coordinate local procurement and back-office services for GCT
Manage account payables operations, ensuring compliance with GOSP policies and IFRS
Asset accounting
Correct maintenance and update of mandatory tax registers (VAT registers, Asset registers)
Maintain local accounting tools in line with the evolving local regulatory scenario
Support treasury activities, including payment requests and cash collection management
Progressively take control of the account receivables operations of the whole company
Support the Unit Head in RPA and AI implementation projects
Support the Unit Head in complex SAP migration program as PMO
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related areas
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Italian language proficiency at C1 level (written and spoken)
English language proficiency at B2 level (written and spoken)
Experience working with ERP systems, ideally with SAP SRV and SAP 4HANA
Solid command of Microsoft Excel
Project Management and PMO experience is a plus
Experience in complex international environments is a plus
What we offer
We offer employment at the IV-V level with the relevant salary, in accordance with the CCNL ANIA for non-executive employees and the Generali Group Company Agreement.
Gross annual salary ranging between 40K€ and 45K€.
The final offer will be aligned with the candidate's professional experience, technical and soft skills relevant to the role, and may include an individual variable component.
