We are looking for aSustaining Engineerto join theClivetteam.
In this role, you will be the technical backbone for our specialized projects—bridging the gap between initial sales inquiry and final product delivery.
You will use your deep knowledge of HVAC systems to size components, run thermodynamic simulations, and ensure that every "special design" meets our rigorous standards of efficiency and reliability.

Precision Sizing:Perform component selection and advancedthermodynamic simulationsto ensure custom designs perform perfectly under real-world conditions.
Documentation Mastery:Manage the full lifecycle of technical quotations and proposal documentation with accuracy and technical rigor.
Lifecycle Management & SupportPortfolio Deep-Dive:Gain an in-depth mastery of the entire Clivet HVAC portfolio—from chillers to heat pumps and air handling units.
Product Evolution:Maintain and update mature projects,
ensuring our established solutions continue to meet modern standards.
Order & Testing Support:Support the order management flow and act as the technical lead duringcustomer witness tests, proving the quality of our engineering firsthand.
Impact & InfluenceAfter-Sales Anchor:Provide high-level technical support for complex issues post-installation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work as the link between Sales, Engineering, and the Customer to ensure "special" doesn't mean "complicated.

What are we looking for?
Hardcore Engineering Background:A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a strong preference forEnergy Engineering.
HVAC Industry Veteran:Proven experience in HVAC applications.
You should know your way around a refrigeration cycle and airflow dynamics.
The "Custom" Mindset:Strong organizational and leadership skills, specifically focused on managingcustomized unit orderswhere every detail matters.
Thermodynamic Fluency:Ability to perform complex simulations and component selections (compressors, heat exchangers, etc.).
Communication:Fluent inEnglishto collaborate across our global network.
Preferred SkillsExperience with Clivet products or similar high-capacity HVAC systems.
Comfort in a "client-facing" technical role—representing the company during factory tests and technical reviews.
