/p h3About the role: /h3 pThe Chief of Staff serves as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Executive Vice President (EVP), helping drive strategic priorities across the Central and Southern Europe cluster.
Working across multiple business units and countries, the role leads cross-functional initiatives, supports operational effectiveness, and fosters alignment on key business objectives.
Acting as an extension of the EVP, the Chief of Staff facilitates decision?making, communication, and execution to enable business performance and sustainable growth.

Strategic Planning Execution /h3 ul lipSupport the EVP in defining and tracking strategic priorities across the Central and Southern Europe cluster.
/p /li lipLead or coordinate strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with broader company goals.
/p /li lipPrepare briefing materials, business cases, and decision documents for key meetings.
/p /li lipTranslate high?level goals into actionable plans.

Operational Excellence /h3 ul lipDrive cadence and quality of EVP?level meetings (e.g. leadership team meetings, quarterly reviews).
/p /li lipMonitor progress on key projects and ensure follow?through on action items.
/p /li lipIdentify and resolve risks, bottlenecks or misalignments across teams.

Communication Stakeholder Management /h3 ul lipServe as a liaison between the EVP and internal and external stakeholders across multiple countries and business units.
/p /li lipDraft internal communications, presentations, and reports on behalf of the EVP.
/p /li lipEnsure consistent messaging and alignment across business units.

Decision Support Analysis /h3 ul lipProvide analytical support,



insights and actionable recommendations to inform executive decisions.
/p /li lipConduct research, synthesize data, and prepare recommendations on strategic topics.
/p /li lipAct as a sounding board for the EVP on complex or sensitive matters.

Special Projects /h3 ul lipLead or support high?impact, cross?functional projects that do not have a natural home in the organization.

/h3 h3Experience /h3 ul lipSignificant experience in business or strategic consulting, ideally gained within a consultancy environment.
/p /li lipProven experience partnering with senior leaders and operating effectively within complex, matrixed organisations.
/p /li lipDemonstrated ability to lead and deliver cross?functional programmes or transformation initiatives from strategy through execution.
