Role DescriptionWe are looking for Architectural Project Managers with experience in retail design, and with a keen eye for details to join our team in Rome.
Responsibilitiesdefinition of design objectives, timings and budgets of multiple projects simultaneously;
coordination and control of design phases and all involved parties;
management of third-party vendors and consultants (arrange meetings, quotations, invoicing);
management of tenders, review of contracts and negotiation with contractors;
coordination between contractors, review and approval of construction drawings;




drafting of reports following project / construction site meetings;
drafting of reports to monitor progress of projects / construction sites;
timing and cost control from design phase to construction;
off-site and on-site production and construction management.
Technical requirementsability to sketch layouts and details by hand;
previous experience in project management or in a similar role (min. 5 years);
professional use of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and other project management software;
good knowledge of AutoCAD (2D design, layout setting);
competence in (interior) architecture design and executive phases;
basic knowledge of specialised technical disciplines (MEP, etc.);
professional knowledge of the English language, spoken and written.
