Job Description To strengthen our Purchasing Department, we are looking for a motivated and organized recent graduate The Role The selected candidate, in close collaboration with the Purchasing Department Manager, will be responsible for: * Managing relationships with Italian and international suppliers * Negotiating prices, commercial conditions, and supply terms * Issuing purchase orders and monitoring deliveries * Planning and coordinating international shipments by sea, air,



and land * Verifying customs duties and Incoterms compliance * Interfacing with forwarding and logistics companies * Monitoring warehouse stock levels and supply availability * Supporting daily procurement and logistics operations * Supporting sales in communication and information flow as well as in the construction of price lists Requirements * Bachelor's degree * Fluent in spoken and written English * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills * Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage priorities What We Offer * Full-time position * Dynamic and international working environment * Opportunities for professional growth and development If you are motivated to grow in the procurement and logistics field and enjoy working in an international environment, we would be pleased to meet you. #J-*****-Ljbffr
