Mission As Indirect Purchasing Manager , you define and implement the Indirect Sourcing Procedures and strategies.
You lead a team of experienced indirect buyers and ensure coordination with internal customers (Support services (Com, HR, Legal, Fin, Quality), R participate in the evaluation of suppliers Ensure procurement is realized according to internal customers' planning What we value You have: 10 years of experience in Indirect purchasing, including at least 5 years as Team manager .
Experience in Industrial Sectors (Medical Devices, Automotive,...) is a "plus" Proven experience in process implementation Strong interpersonal skills applicable for negotiating, clarifying, and collaborating Advanced people management and leadership skills, with proven ability to influence at all levels and across business lines A full proficiency level in French and English Compensation "The total guaranteed annual compensation range (which includes annual base salary, as well as flexible budget if applicable)
