As Site Leader , you will take full responsibility for on-site proton therapy technology and operations, ensuring technical service excellence, patient safety, and strong customer relationships.
You will act as both a technical expert and a strategic partner, driving performance, developing your team,
and going the extra mile to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Your focus will be on delivering high-quality service, solving issues proactively, improving processes, and maintaining safe and efficient operations that meet IBA's standards.
This role is based on site (in Madrid), with openness to travel for training and support purposes.
