the role

are you ready to step in?!

as customer operations & supply chain intern (edi & order management), you will
support the customer service and supply chain teams in ensuring efficient order
cycle execution and high service levels for our customers.

working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to managing
order flows, monitoring performance, and resolving operational challenges in a
dynamic fmcg environment. this internship offers a structured learning path to
develop both analytical and operational capabilities within supply chain and
customer service processes.

in particular, you will:

- support the management of customer order cycles, including order entry,

transmission (edi and other tools), and delivery coordination.
- assist in monitoring lead times from order acquisition to delivery, ensuring





service level targets are met.
- collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, demand planning) to ensure

smooth order fulfillment and resolve daily operational issues.
- support the management of promotions, ensuring correct logistics data and

coordination with warehouses.
- monitor service performance and contribute to identifying and solving delivery

issues or stock shortages.
- assist in handling customer complaints by analyzing root causes and supporting

corrective actions.
- support stock management activities in coordination with external warehouses.
- help identify opportunities for process optimization and cost efficiency

within distribution and logistics flows.
- assist in managing exceptional situations such as order issues, product

recalls, or delivery disruptions.

through this internship, you will gain a 360° understanding of customer
operations and supply chain execution, including order management, logistics
coordination, and service performance monitoring within a complex fmcg
organization.

who we are looking for

to apply for this position, check that you meet the following criteria:

- recently graduated (or about to graduate) in economics, business, engineering,

or related fields.
- fluent english and italian (written and spoken).
- strong interest in supply chain, logistics,



and customer service operations.
- analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
- good communication and teamwork skills.

in addition, the following will be considered a plus:
- previous internship or academic experience in logistics, operations, or

customer service.
