ppResponsibility of engineering activities (technical authority) for the Ground Segment technical area, reporting directly to Head of Satellite Mission Dept.
/ppAs a Team Leader, coordination of Ground Segment technical teams.
/ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliTechnical authority for Ground Segment /liliDevelopment of GS in respect of program schedule, budget and internal roadmap /liliCoordination of GS team /liliResponsibility of Ground Segment solutions development roadmap (focusing on internal development needs versus GS subsystems procurements) /liliCoordinate the GS design team during GS design phase, with main task of defining architecture and I/Fs /liliManage (follow-up) the GS Sub-contractors /liliEnsure the complete verification of GS requirements through the Verification Control document at all levels (GS, S/S).
/liliSupervise the GS deployment either on premises or on cloud.
/liliGuarantee the GS verification and validation process /liliSupport Operation preparation,



validation and execution as Ground Segment point of contact /li /ulh3Technical Skills, Qualifications and Professional Experience /h3ulliStrong heritage (10 years) in the frame of Ground Segment (both design and AIV) /Operations and Mission for Institutional and/or Commercial space missions /liliTechnical background in Ground Segment/Operations /liliExperience in team leadership/coordination (5 resources) /liliExperience in managing technical authority in front of Customer (ESA, ASI, Commercial) /liliMaster Science (and PhD as added value) in Aerospace or Electronic/TLC or IT or SW Engineering /li /ulh3Required Soft Skills /h3ulliResults Orientation /liliInitiative /liliPartnering /liliPlanning and organization /liliLeadership and development of others /liliCommercial acumen /li /ulh3Location /h3ulliRome /li /ulh3RAL /h3p€****** - €******, based on the candidates's experience and skills.
