/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlanning, organization, analysis and improvement of the QMS, monitoring compliance with the requirements of the QMS; /li liFormulation and implementation of the quality policy, management of quality goals, as well as planning and promotion of activities that contribute to ensuring orderly work and continuous improvement of quality management; /li liMonitoring compliance with regulatory requirements for new and mass-produced vehicles; /li liResponsibility for obtaining data from the market on the number of defective vehicles, identifying key problems based on this, allocating responsibility, monitoring the implementation of corrective actions, working to reduce the number of complaints and negative reviews; /li liResponsibility for collecting information on imported models from GWM, analyzing emerging faults,



monitoring the implementation of corrective actions; /li liControl the solution of the problems such as FCI, rust protection, returns and exchanges, public opinion on social networks, complaints, etc.
/li liControl over the results of identified defects, risk assessment, control over BC-S problems, as well as planning recall campaigns and timely response; /li liAdaptation of new cars, prevention of re-emergence of previously identified problems; /li liImplementation of the quality planning function of the headquarters in Italy, cooperation with other departments on issues related to quality.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul libWork experience: /b10 years work experience in the field of quality management (QMS promotion ? 3 years), quality planning, quality assurance, quality control and quality improvement.
worked in automotive or mechanical industry.
/li libKnowledge requirements: /bwell know quality management and IATF *****/ISO **** standard, related laws, regulations and policies for the safety, certification and recall of automotive products.
Familiar with FMEA and SPC methods; standards in the automobile industry, processes, car manufacturing.
/li libLanguage: /bfluent in English, the candidate with both English and Chinese is preferred.
