/ph3About The Role /h3pWe are looking for a talented and experienced bC# Back-End Developer /b to join our engineering team.
You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the core back-end systems that power Hercle's trading and infrastructure platforms.
Your work will directly support mission-critical services that operate at high throughput and low latency in dynamic digital asset markets.
/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign and develop high-performance, scalable, and reliable back-end systems using C#.
/liliImplement APIs, microservices, and real-time data pipelines that integrate with internal and external systems.
/liliCollaborate closely with trading, product, and infrastructure teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
/liliOptimize system performance and ensure stability in high-frequency, low-latency environments.
/liliWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following industry best practices.
/liliParticipate in code reviews and knowledge sharing across the development team.
/liliProactively identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to address them.




/liliMaintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and contribute to infrastructure automation.
/li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
/lili3+ years of experience developing back-end systems in C#/.
NET.
/liliStrong understanding of object-oriented programming, software design patterns, and distributed systems.
/liliExperience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
/liliSolid understanding of concurrency, multithreading, and performance optimization.
/liliFamiliarity with CI/CD, version control systems (e.g., Git), and testing frameworks.
/liliExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
/liliComfortable in fast-paced environments and able to take ownership of deliverables.
