/ppWe're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers on robotic arm automation projects in logistics and manufacturing.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing engineering role: you'll understand the customer's process, design the technical solution, integrate robotic arms and peripherals, and use Cyberwave infrastructure to make the deployment reliable and repeatable.
/ppYou'll collaborate closely with sales and account managers during discovery, pilots, and production rollouts.
You'll also work with engineering and product to turn field learnings into platform improvements.
We want someone who has shipped real projects with real customers - especially involving arms from vendors such as KUKA, ABB, Kinova, Universal Robots, FANUC, or similar platforms.
/ppThis is a mid-to-senior role based in Milan, with travel to customer sites as needed.
