/ph3Role description /h3pWe are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Advisory - Building Consultant.
In this role, you will play an integral part in driving the economic and professional growth of our organization conducting due diligence activities.
Your responsibilities will include feasibility checks and analysis, utilizing a combination of documentation analysis and site visits.
Additionally, you will serve as a valuable point of reference for our clients and colleagues within the Group.

/ph3Role accountabilities /h3ulliDocument analysis: Verification of authorization, cadastral, urban planning, and building documentation.
/liliSite visits to verify the condition of the properties, identify defects and deviations, and assess the costs required for compliance (Capital Expenditure Plan estimation).
/liliAnalysis of the property's maintenance status through site visits.
/liliTenancy analysis and lease contracts.
/liliSupport to the client during negotiation phases and drafting of purchase agreements in coordination with involved legal, tax, and environmental advisors.
/liliPreparation of checklists and formulation of QA.
/liliAnalysis of real estate development progress.
/liliVerification of project and building quality and timelines.
/liliAnalysis of construction contracts and incurred costs.
/liliVerification of SALs (Stato Avanzamento Lavori).
/liliCertification of work progress with cash flow updates.
/li /ulh3Qualifications Experience /h3ulliAround 3-5 years of due diligence experience in real estate companies and/or technical studios.
/liliA Bachelor's and master's degree, preferably in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
/liliExcellent Italian and English language proficiency (B2/C1, written and spoken).
/liliExcellent analytical and synthesis skills.
/liliStrong relationship-building skills and teamwork attitude.
/liliGoal-oriented mindset.
/liliProficiency in Microsoft Office.
/liliKnowledge of drawing and design software (AutoCAD).
/liliAvailability to travel domestically and internationally.
/li /ulh3Salary Benefits /h3pThe annual salary range for this position is €30,000 - €39,400, paid out monthly.
Employees are also eligible for a discretionary premio on an annual basis.
