/p h3The Role: Ecommerce Business Analyst /h3 pAt Stone Island we are always looking for people who share our spirit and values to drive our company forward.
We are currently looking for an engaged and passionate Ecommerce Business Analyst who can join the Digital Team at the Stone Island HQ in Milan.
/p pAs part of the Digital Team, the candidate will play a key role in enhancing Stone Island's Digital experience through analysis and monitoring of key KPI, providing actionable and strategic insights, fostering a culture of data?driven decision making – all to help achieve the business objectives at the worldwide level.
/p h3Main Activities /h3 ul liBuild and interpret business, sales and merchandising analysis on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis, providing actionable insights.
/li liWebsite Core vitals and purchase funnel analysis monitoring,



providing proactive insights on how to improve the user journey and optimize conversion.
/li liMonitor in?season performance for all lines and categories against financial targets, leveraging omnichannel stock rebalancing opportunities across all regions.
/li liSupport the yearly sales forecasts and planning through analysis of key trends and sales drivers.
/li liAnalyse the digital and omnichannel client profile in relation to sales.
/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Economics or a related field.
/li li1 to 3 years of working experience in business, sales or retail analysis.
/li liAdvanced computer skills in Excel are mandatory; ideally hands?on experience with Google Analytics 4.
/li liStrong analytical and problem?solving skills; detail?oriented and precise.
/li liExcellent communication, presentation and deadline?management abilities.
/li liFluency in English; a second language is a plus.
