We are looking for a Senior R&D; Engineer to join our Capsules Business Unit, playing a key role in delivering new product solutions from concept to industrial validation.The role is based in Bodio Lomnago (VA).
Your MissionDrive product innovation and ensure disciplined, execution-focused R&D; activities - delivering robust, scalable solutions across our global industrial footprint.What You'll DoLead innovation and customer-driven development projects from concept to industrial validationApply structured Innovation & Product Development processes (stage-gate approach)Ensure clear documentation, milestone tracking, and project progressionEvaluate industrial feasibility (materials, processes, product solutions)Coordinate validation plans (mechanical, environmental,
