We are searching for a Commis de Cuisine to join our dedicated team at Villa Beatrice.
This is not just a job, it's a calling to help shape unforgettable moments for our guests, all while growing within an environment that values excellence, creativity, and the art of hospitality.

Main duties & responsibilities:
- Assisting section chefs (Sous Chef & Chef de Partie) in the preparation of ingredients and dishes.




- Maintaining cleanliness and order of the workstation and kitchen.
- Handling and storing food according to HACCP guidelines.
- Actively collaborating with the team to ensure efficient and high-quality service.

Requirements
- Effective communication: communicate clearly and in an appropriate manner (both verbally and non-verbally);
- Emotional intelligence: demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and emotions of guests and colleagues and adjust his/her style to them. Manage own emotions in challenging situations;
- Adaptability: identify when a different approach is needed and offer solutions.Try and adopt new ways of doing things;
- Collaboration: be able and willing to work as a team player. Basic knowledge of cooking styles, equipments and raw materials processing techniques;
- At least 1 year previous professional experience in a similar role in a luxury environment, also with school internships; Passion for service and ambition to grow professiona
