This role focuses on helping organizations unlock sustainable product growth through data-driven strategy, experimentation, and customer insights.
You will work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
By combining analytics, behavioral insights, and strategic thinking, you will influence product decisions and measurable business outcomes.

Accountabilities

As a Product Growth Strategist, you will own growth initiatives from analysis through execution, partnering with product, design, engineering, marketing,



and business stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver measurable impact. You will translate data into actionable recommendations, lead experimentation efforts, and help teams make informed product decisions.
- Develop and execute product growth strategies focused on improving acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Analyze behavioral and product analytics to uncover growth opportunities and prioritize high-impact initiatives.
- Design and manage experimentation programs, including hypothesis creation, A/B testing, measurement frameworks, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Marketing teams, and leadership stakeholders to align growth strategies with business goals.
