The team you will be a part of
The Organization/Talent Development team conducts or facilitates general and specific training programs for organization employees. Monitors employee development and training programs, assesses needs and results,
develops new programs and modifies existing programs. Consults on employee development, performance, management utilization, personal career development, job enrichment and succession planning areas.
This role in summary
The Talent & Development Process Specialist provides operational and project support across Beko Europe's Talent, Learning and Employee Experience agenda. The role coordinates development programmes, training activities, talent operations, reporting and employer branding initiatives, ensuring the effective delivery of key people programmes across the region.
Working closely with Talent Pillar Leads, the role drives operational excellence, supports employee development and engagement activities, and leverages AI, automation and digital technologies to continuously improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
