Accountabilities:

As a Content Operations Analyst, you will manage day-to-day content operations, ensuring content is accurately prepared,



reviewed, delivered, and maintained while supporting live operational workflows. You will be responsible for maintaining quality standards, providing first-line operational support, and improving workflow efficiency through AI-assisted tools and best practices.
- Manage assigned content operations tasks from intake through completion while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Prepare content packages, reports, and client deliverables using internal tools and documented workflows.
- Perform quality assurance checks on generated content, applications, and digital experiences.
- Maintain content records, operational documentation, and recurring workflow tasks.
- Deliver client-ready reports, links, and status updates with accuracy and professionalism.
