Your Everyday at Nexi
As an
EBA Support Operator
, you'll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Milan.
Together, we work within
EBA Support Team,
in Operations, Digital Banking & Corporate Solutions, ensuring Service monitoring and quality support to the Client, on shift bases 24*7
About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:
Providing first- and second-level support to clients (Institutions and Banks), ensuring a high standard of assistance and resolving any requests related to the payment services provided.
Monitoring service performance and managing incidents and anomalies according to defined procedures, acting as the first point of contact for operational service-related incidents.
Preparing internal reports as well as reports for clients.
Managing internal and external test and production master data and records.
Collaborating in the setup, implementation, and testing phases of services.
Contributing to the creation and maintenance of internal operational documentation for the service.

Premio Skills:
