Adler Pelzer Group is launching an Early Career Program for aspiring Production Team Leaders. The program begins with leading a production team and quickly builds into Engineering Specialist and Operations (Deputy) Leader roles over 3 blocks of 18–24 months each.

You will learn to lead teams, coordinate shopfloor activities, and ensure safety and quality while rotating across maintenance, quality, logistics and engineering functions. English and Italian proficiency are required.
