We are looking for a Senior RD Engineer to join our Capsules Business Unit , playing a key role in delivering new product solutions from concept to industrial validation.

brThe role is based in Bodio Lomnago (VA).
brYour Mission brDrive product innovation and ensure disciplined, execution-focused RD activities - delivering robust, scalable solutions across our global industrial footprint.
brWhat You'll Do brLead innovation and customer-driven development projects from concept to industrial validation brApply structured Innovation Product Development processes (stage-gate approach)brEnsure clear documentation, milestone tracking, and project progression brEvaluate industrial feasibility (materials, processes, product solutions)brCoordinate validation plans (mechanical, environmental,



durability testing)brIdentify technical risks and contribute to mitigation strategies brSupport root cause analysis when needed brCollaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, and Operations teams brEnsure alignment across multiple international sites brProvide structured reporting to Group RD brWho You Are br~ Degree in Mechanical, Materials, or Chemical Engineering br~5–9 years of experience in a manufacturing environment br~ Proven experience in product xrdbqlu innovation and development projects br~ Strong project management skills (planning, coordination, execution)br~ Experience with multi-component industrial products br~ Comfortable working in cross-functional and international environments br~ Fluent in English and Italian, other languages would be an asset brbrSalary package: CCNL Gomma Plastica, €****** -€******brCrealis Group is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone is valued and given equal opportunities to succeed.
