This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation delivering high-performance composite components for the motorsport sector while working on cutting-edge projects.
/ppbr / /ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliManufacture high-quality composite moulds for motorsport components.
/liliPrepare, assemble, finish, and inspect tooling to precise specifications.
/liliRepair, modify, and maintain existing composite moulds and tooling.
/liliRead and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
/liliEnsure all tooling meets dimensional and quality standards.
/liliWork closely with laminators and production teams to achieve project deadlines.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulliPrevious experience as a Mould Maker within the composites industry.
/liliProven ability to produce composite tooling to a high standard.
/liliStrong understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.
/liliExcellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
/liliAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
/liliRight to work in the EU or eligibility to work in Italy.
/li /ulpbr / /ppstrongDesirable Skills /strong /pulliExperience within motorsport, Formula 1, or high-performance automotive sectors.
/liliKnowledge of carbon fibre composite manufacturing processes.
/liliExperience with tooling repairs and modifications.
/liliEnglish communication skills; br / Italian language skillsare beneficial.
