Purposesupport the consumer tire business by managing the pc4 original equipment (oe) consumer engineering activities for stellantis within the emea region.responsibilitiestake ownership of pc4 oe consumer engineering for stellantis accounts.collaborate with the sales department to ensure smooth global and regional account management.gather clear technical requirements from the oem and keep technical centres and internal departments informed.organise regular face-to-face meetings with oems to monitor project progress, new introductions and trends, and report to top management.handle technical and quality duties from homologation through mass-production,
including ppap and qpr management.support quality issues and industrialisation activities.manage technical documentation using sharepoint and coordinate with the operations team.participate in cross-functional team meetings as the oe engineering representative.lead project-management activities to ensure timely completion of engineering tasks and achievement of business objectives.identify new business opportunities, support medium- and long-term plans, and engage emerging oems and start-ups.act as sustainability oe function facilitator within internal forums.qualificationsmaster's degree (or bachelor) in engineering.minimum 5 years of experience in an international r & d engineering role, preferably in the automotive sector.strong track record in r & d engineering.fluent english (mandatory); italian and french highly recommended.excellent customer-oriented mindset, negotiation skills and ability to work in a matrix environment.salary range: €45,158 - €72,500 (gender-neutral, based on experience and internal equity).
