We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Automotive E/E System Engineer to provide high quality support to our customers.
- Responsibility for development activities, from concept phase until market introduction, for control units in Body & Comfort components of the vehicle.
- Definition and maintenance of product specification and requirements. Management of technical specifications (Hardware, Software, Diagnostic, Functional, HMI and Vehicle Functions).
- Collaboration with validation and homologation teams in order to meet validation, vehicle integration and system qualification requirements.
- Collaboration with customers resources involved in the project for design, revision and approval of contents.
- Collaboration with external stakeholders (suppliers, service provider) in order to meet project specific quality, timing and budget targets.
- Management of project documentation, reports and periodical presentation to different stakeholders.
Your skills that will help us to get ahead:
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Informatics or related engineering.
- You have at least 2-3 years of experience in automotive electric/electronics systems, including vehicle architectures, ECUs networks and technologies in general;
- You have proven experience in electrics/electronics engineering projects preferably in the automotive environments in OEM or Tier 1 or similar environments
- You have knowledge of automotive product development processes, vehicle architectures, vehicle bus (CAN, LIN, MOST, Ethernet) and automotive technologies.
- You have experience dealing with complex cross functional environments: must have the ability to take initiative and work in a fast-paced configuration while balancing multiple demands and shifting priorities.
- You have full proficiency with English language and strong communication skills to effectively drive recommendations and land priorities across complex organizational boundaries.
- You have the right mix of passion for automotive, electronics and innovation and you can’t wait to leave your sign into the technological development of the automotive market of the future.
Total compensation:
- Contract type: Permanent
- Gross annual salary (RAL): €35.000– €50.000 (determined on the basis of objective, neutral, and verifiable criteria)
- Lavoro da remoto: individual remote working agreements
- Working hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) with flexibility
