The Role
Condé Nast Italy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to join the local Advertising Department. Based in the Milan HQ, this role will support the activities of the team managing complex administrative workflows and serving as a critical liaison between senior leadership, commercial teams, and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will combine technical precision in data management with the professional presence required to assist in direct client engagements.

Primary Responsibilities
- Support the cross-checking of revenue data,



including the management of over-commissions
- Assist in organizing commercial meetings and client "upfronts," including the management of event invitation lists and the preparation of presentation materials
- Schedule and arrange client meetings, manage complex business travel arrangements (flights, trains, and hotels) through travel agencies and process expense reports
- Create and process insertion order contracts for advertising campaigns, facilitate billing discrepancies and maintain updated distribution lists
- Provide email-based assistance for commercial contracts, ensuring accurate transmission of information
- Conduct initial reviews of contracts from a legal perspective before transferring them to the relevant sales agents
- Monitor the costs of the department and conciliate the related data along with the Finance team
