Your Role




As a Customer Success Specialist – Fortinet, you will support the growth of our Fortinet business by developing partner relationships, generating new opportunities, and helping partners maximize the value of Fortinet solutions, programs, and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and develop new partners within the Fortinet ecosystem.
- Generate and qualify business opportunities through outbound activities, campaigns, and the Ingram Micro Xvantage™ platform.
- Build strong relationships with partners, supporting their business growth and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Promote Fortinet solutions, programs, incentives, training, and certifications.
- Collaborate with Vendor Management, Presales, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to execute growth plans.
- Monitor pipeline performance and contribute to sales and profitability targets.
