/p h3Main purpose /h3 pThe Housekeeping Manager is one of our Ambassadors of Excellence: strong commitment to quality and Guest care are a must.
He/she will lead the housekeeping and laundry team for the Resort and for our 20 Private Villas.
He/she will ensure team members comply with our service standards and sanitation protocol and oversee the housekeeping department budget.
/p ul liResponsible for the Housekeeping and Laundry Department teams, organization and effective Guest service delivery.
He/she will ensure that the team will consistently work following RF and LQA standards and procedures by supervising the work of the team and personally checking on a daily basis a sample of rooms, public areas and assigned back of the house areas /li liResponsible for selection, development and performance appraisal of Housekeeping and Laundry Department.
He/she will supervise the staff rota planning /li liResponsible of creating a personalised relationship with Guests and taking care of their special requests concerning housekeeping,



being a role model of Rocco Forte Hotels individual and genuine hospitality style.
Share any relevant Guest preference with the proper department /li liAccountable for all the supplies, par-stock and equipment assigned to the supervision of the Housekeeping Department.
In charge of organising the team work necessary to cope with the inventory and requisitions deadlines /li liResponsible of daily communication with Maintenance Department for ordinary maintenance requests and report to Room Division Manager structural and equipment improvements in order to maintain excellence in Housekeeping service /li liResponsible for leading the department in order to reach financial, quality and people objectives.

/li /ul h3Other requirements /h3 ul liA High school diploma /li li3+ years of supervisory experience in housekeeping management as an Executive housekeeper, Housekeeping director, or other similar position in large resorts/hotels /li liApplicants should be excellent leaders, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a commitment to customer service /li liFluent in Italian and English.
