/ppOur Graduate Development Program is a three-year journey designed for recent graduates who look beyond the obvious, challenge existing processes, and are driven to automate and reinvent the way things work.
The program is structured into 4 progressive phases, each with distinct learning objectives.
Tasks evolve according to your abilities and interests, ensuring the experience is as individual as you are.
From day one, you join ION on a full?time permanent contract, carry real accountability on live projects, and be paired with senior professionals who guide your development throughout the entire journey.
/ph3What You'll Do /h3pAcross phases, you will gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art methodologies and technologies in our agile product development environment.
This role is designed to grow well-rounded AI professionals,
with a solid foundation in software engineering to bring models into production.
/pulliContributing directly to the development of ION's products, from requirements through to delivery /liliDesign, develop, train, evaluate and iterate on Machine Learning models and Generative AI solutions /liliWork with Language Models (LLMs) and related techniques (e.g., prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, fine-tuning, evaluation) /liliCollaborating with cross-functional teams to build and ship innovative, high-impact products /liliSolving complex technical problems and translating them into scalable, efficient solutions /li /ulh3What We're Looking For /h3ulliMaster's degree in a STEM discipline — obtained within the last year or currently in progress, with a strong academic record /liliStrong communicator, collaborative by nature, and fluent in English (B2+) /liliBased in Italy or willing to relocate; non-EU candidates must hold a valid EU work permit /li /ul #J-*****-Ljbffr
