As Field Service Control Specialist, you will lead on-site installation, commissioning, and start-up activities for rotating equipment and control systems. You’ll troubleshoot issues with customers, ensuring safe, compliant installations while guiding internal teams. After completing the ITP program, you’ll manage technical documentation, safety compliance, and interfacing with cross-functional groups. This role offers strong field exposure, international travel, and opportunities to shape site-level outcomes within a global energy services context.

- Provide technical direction for activities to internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance and quality
- Oversee, overhaul, install, troubleshoot and commission rotating equipment and products at customer sites
- Prepare and update technical documentation, plans, daily/weekly briefing reports for customers and internal teams
- Ensure internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated and followed
- Manage company digital tools to access documents and manage packing lists, BOMs and drawings
- Interpret Electrical, Instrumentation & Control schematics to provide clear on-site instructions
- 0–2 years in electrical/electronic role in energy or oil & gas environment (or equivalent)
- Electrical/Electronic technical degree or engineering degree, or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of main xysqume control systems (PLC or similar)
- Basic knowledge of industrial generators (multi-poles) and electrical motors
- Basic knowledge of electric excitation systems and VFDs
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to guide customers through tough decisions
- Effective communication of complex technical information to varied audiences
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Valid passport and fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to travel up to 70%, including offshore facilities
