ppAt MOYNAT, client experience begins before a customer enters the boutique.
As a Client Experience Associate, you will act as a brand ambassador, creating a warm, elegant, and memorable first impression for every guest while representing the heritage, craftsmanship, and sophistication of the Maison.
Inspired by luxury retail clienteling and brand ambassador standards, the role focuses on welcoming guests, driving boutique traffic, and delivering an elevated customer journey.
/p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ol liServe as a visible ambassador for the Moynat brand in and around the boutique.
/li liWelcome and engage passersby with professionalism, confidence, and warmth.
/li liDistribute luxury brand materials and invitations to qualified clientele.
/li liIntroduce customers to the Maison's history, craftsmanship, and collections.
/li liCreate a welcoming atmosphere and encourage guests to visit the boutique.
/li liGreet customers upon arrival and ensure a seamless transition into the in-store experience.
/li liBuild genuine connections with local and international clientele.
/li liSupport boutique events, activations, and client engagement initiatives.




/li liMaintain impeccable personal presentation in line with luxury brand standards.
/li liGather customer interest and feedback to support client development efforts.
/li liCollaborate closely with the boutique team to ensure exceptional service and customer flow.
/li liRepresent the values, image, and prestige of the Maison at all times.

/li liStrong understanding of premium customer experience.

/li liProactive, energetic, and comfortable working outdoors for extended periods.
/li liFluent English required; additional languages are highly desirable.
/li liPrevious experience in luxury retail, hospitality, events, or brand promotion is advantageous.
